It is only fair... if you are banking with huntington bank get your money out of the bank right away. It is also a known fact that Huntington Bank is closing Banks left and right and this could be probably one of the reasons why..If you bank with Huntington get your money out of there if you do a payroll deposit with them Any kind of deposit, whatever get your money out and run like hell. This is what Huntington bank in Hamilton Ohio Bridgewater location has done to one of our elderly staff members. Chase Bank is issued me a letter in writing said that no funds were taken from my account at My other bank account chase bank. I have contacted chase Bank informing chase bank that I have been mistakenly using the wrong checking account at Chase. Totally honest mistake. I got my 2 checking accounts confused. I was utilizing wrong checking acct. Instead of my current active checking account at Chase. Chase great bank... and I has now got it straightened out now whereas my current chase account is now in correct working order. Huntington bank has no right to discriminate me as a black individual by not allowing me early pay access and or to be withhold my paycheck hostage for any reasons whatsoever. Our staff members said to Huntington bank: you will not withhold my paycheck nor discriminate against me. I have also got in touch with Consumer Protection Agency asking them to charge Huntington bank with unfair credit act. I will not tolerate these ignorant Outburst emails of discrimination from Huntington. Utilizing the wrong checking account was a honest mistake and I have submitted the consumer protection Agency proof that I do have an active working checking account by representing a open active account from chase bank. I do not owe you Huntington bank $848 you m************ better get that s*** straight and my account better be accurate as of today at 5:00 today june 6 2024. and no I am not making a trip up there to your Bridgewater location because Huntington is illegally holding what little funds that are available in my account to utilize for a lyft which leaves me no way of providing me transportation for no reason whatsoever! What Huntington bank is doing is cruel and I have posted this issue on Google so people can see how you treat your black customers. you people better get this s*** straightened out asap...and I mean right away! I'm holding huntington bank accountable for my payroll theft and refusing to properly correct my bank acct due to personal maliciously trying to hurt me as a black African American consumer instead of helping me correct mistakes that could happen to anyone. Utiiling the wrong account at Chase it was no reason intentional...Huntington bank purposely Utilizing vengeance against me to stop me from utilizing Huntington bank early pay service was and is horriblely cruel and unjustly...I am on direct deposit and my payroll had better be posted this week better be as usual and had better show up accordingly proper. Huntington to Keep unjustly abusing me over honest mistakes will not be tolerated. I really thought I was utilizing the rigt acct. I had 2 accounts at chase Bank. As of june 6, 2024, I have filed a civil rights discrimination charge against Huntington Bank. I will be moving my direct deposit for my other deposits over to chase bank asap....and I also will be switching my paychecks to chase...up until that is processed, I expect my payroll deposit at Huntington to show up this week as normal so I can come in first thing Friday morning june 7 soon as Huntington bank opens to immediately close out my account."

"The people who work at this location are just down right nasty. Every single time I have to go into this location I experience the worst service. I've been a Huntington customer for 10 years and I'm ready to find another bank where the customer service isn't so awful. Huntington needs to do some customer service training."

"Worst bank ever. My account withdrew a little bit, I deposited a cashier's check in my account, told about two business days it'll be available.... Get email stating four business days it'll be available, now there telling me maybe 5 days but it's a weekend so probably on Monday making it 7 days with a negative balance and a check in my account. They don't care if you need your money. They won't even help you release it. They just leave you and your family trying to survive even if you have the proof they should have released it. The the girls at this location won't even try to get a manager or anyone. Very rude people there."

"RUDE, condescending customer service. Someone from the bank named Diamond from the Bridgewater Falls branch left me a voicemail saying it was important that I call her back. Well, I did, slightly worried and hoping nothing was wrong with my account which it wasn't. It turned out she was just calling about upgrading my account, select offers, etc. She was very rude to me, proceeded to give me the definition of the words "important" and "urgent" to me and the difference between the two as if I was in kindergarten, and made it clear that she was making it a point not to talk to me or even pretend to be nice to me like people do when they are trying to sell you something or close a deal. Needless to say, I will be taking all of my money out of Huntington and will never do business with them again. I was a Huntington customer for around 17 years and I'm not going to be treated like that. Thanks a lot Diamond!"
