"We are extremely happy with the home renovation Marino Homes did for us in the Fall (2021). We purchased a new home in Montgomery and they guided us through every step of the process to completely remodel the entire home, from a custom architectural plan to refinishing the hardwood floors, adding windows and fixing previous work on the home that wasn’t properly done. They spent a lot of time with us to understand our needs and budget, and then they helped develop a floor plan and made recommendations during the process to ensure our new home would meet those needs and our design style. When we had budget considerations on some aspects of the project, they gave us several options with pros and cons, along with their recommendation. It made it much easier for us to make choices where we needed to about the budget and aesthetic or design considerations. Throughout the process, they were transparent, accommodating, reliable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The work they did is very high quality, including the custom built-ins throughout the house and all the finish work. We’re very appreciative for everything Marino Homes did to make this new house one we love!"
