"Working with All Decked Out was a pleasant and very professional experience for the start. Joe came out on the initial visit and offered great suggestions as well as making me understand his passion for his career. All employees were professional and well educated on their products. Logan and Aaron were a delight to watch for 4 weeks as they constructed a 2 level, 2 tone beautiful deck after tearing down our old deck. The quality and efficiency of their work awed me. All our neighbors also commented on the quality of their work, the condition our home was left each evening, and their daily punctuality. They had built my son's wood deck 8 years ago, which still stands out from others in his neighborhood. The county inspector, on one of his visits, even commented on the superb quality of Aaron and Logan's work, as he sees many decks in his job. They worked with us to salvage what we could before putting down a much bigger composite deck complete with a covered patio and a gas fireplace. Jennifer helped at the office with our design vision & options for colors, lighting, etc. Logan and Aaron who were on site to build our louvered roof, outdoor island and new stairs were kind, had excellent communication skills and checked in/out with us daily. Jeff, our project manager ensured work was being completed as we liked and was kind enough to help with some scheduling challenges due to the arrival of our newborn. After I changed my mind on the color selection, Jeff expressed it would be no issue to update other features. He was accommodating to ensure we loved the finish project.
