"Yury and his crew of LTB Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. have completed 2 major projects at our home, and have done an impeccable job on both. The first project was a complete remodel of our master bathroom, which included removing a wall, and then changing the plumbing to a different wall, and tearing down another wall and door, and then installing a pocket door. They also tore up the floor and laid down tile, and painted and tiled the walls, installed a shower, vanity, sinks, lights, mirrors, and toilet. It is absolutely beautiful, and we are so happy with it! Our next project involved repairing outside deck steps, that were less serviceable than they should have been. They had an extensive lean, and needed to be pulled back, strengthened, and straightened. Yury jacked up the steps, put in two new posts and lag bolts to the foundation, and put a concrete pad in. Now the steps are straight and secure, and look much better! Yury is extremely professional and personable and is always willing to listen to any concerns and questions we may have, and also listens to our ideas and suggestions. He is always very kind and respectful to us, and treats his crew with the same level of respect. Yury is a master craftsman and pays great attention to the details of his work. Everything is done to perfection, and if he sees anything not quite at the level he wants it to be, he fixes it and does it over. Yury and his crew clean up everything when they are done. They are professional, dependable and polite. We have more projects that we would like to do in our home, and we will definitely be hiring Yury and his crew to do them, they are the best!"
