"My flooring was done, however, there were several issues that were not professional. The installer was late and didn't call to let me know. Once they got there, installation started (3 technicians completing the work). The flooring was fine, however, they did not have the transitions to complete the job so I was rescheduled for another date. However, they commanded full payment up front before beginning. This is a practice never presented to me until 50 floor. They finished all flooring installation which was very nice, however, did not have enough molding to finish. They scheduled for another timeframe on a Sunday (Father's Day). The technician didn't arrive until around 4:00 pm which was fine, again it was Father's Day. The molding that was laid truly looked unprofessional installed in several area of which I took photos and sent to the home office. Again, the flooring is beautiful, my present concern is how the molding that was install looks tacky (not professional at all). My neighbor looked at my because she has laminate flooring done as well but by another vendor and her molding is perfectly cut to the space that it was placed it. Nothing was done regarding the molding installation as of yet"
