"Many great experiences, starting with the sales and product selection. The scheduling process was great, good communications. Shower stall installation was great; the installer did a fantastic job - great quality. was good at checking the expectations, and good at communicating. The shower door process was not so great - already started with a delay, which got worse when the wrong door was built, and day of install was over 2 hours delayed because the door was not delivered correctly. Whomever Bath Fitter uses for the doors definitely has some production issues."
"I contacted them to redo my walkin shower. It was in need of repair and it was better to take out the existing shower. The sales person came out and made recommendations. He gave me an estimate and time table. The day of the job, 2 men arrived on time and worked all day until they were finished. I love the new shower and how nice it turned out.
