"Many great experiences, starting with the sales and product selection. The scheduling process was great, good communications. Shower stall installation was great; the installer did a fantastic job - great quality. was good at checking the expectations, and good at communicating. The shower door process was not so great - already started with a delay, which got worse when the wrong door was built, and day of install was over 2 hours delayed because the door was not delivered correctly. Whomever Bath Fitter uses for the doors definitely has some production issues."
