"Buyer beware. I had a 30 year roof put on my house by Rain-A-Way 10 years ago because I didn't want to worry about a roof leak and wanted better than a 20 year shingle. I got a leak on July 6th and called the company and left a message. I talked to them again on Monday July 8th and they asked for pictures which I sent that day. We had heavy rains all week, Contacted them again on the 9th, 10th & 12th and finally late afternoon on the 12th they said they couldn't come out until the following week. At no time did any of the 3-4 people I spoke with tell me to find someone else to get on my roof and put a tarp over it because they wouldn't be out for over a week and they just jerked me around all week. When your Rain-A-Away roof springs a leak down the road don't expect anyone to come out for days, you're on your own. Had I known that on Monday I could have had a coworker stop by and help me with that. Now I have extensive damage that I have to have fixed myself because they take no responsibility for not being upfront for days that they wouldn't be bothered to come out for a week and a half. I don't know how you can do business that way. Added pics of what I'm left with after the ceiling dried out. Now I need to hire a professional to fix my ceiling that was in perfect condition prior to July 6th rain and I called them right away."
