"I found during heavy rains the crawl space in the basement had some water intrusion through a crack in the foundation wall. After meeting with 5 different companies and getting 5 different solutions to my issue, I decided that Ohio Basement Authority of Cincinnati was the right choice for me. Consultation with Mark O, Certified Field Inspector, suggested installing a drain line outside, drainage around the crawl space, a separate sump pump, dehumidifier and completing it with the crawl matting, crawl seal and insulation with foam in the floor joist around the foundation wall. Mark was always available for my questions and patient on my final decision. I received notification that day a schedule date (3 week turnaround.). Chris M, Earl B and Zach K, OBA Installers, arrived at my door on the date given and on time. The professionalism, communication, working as a team concept and leaving all work areas spotless proved to me that I chose the right company. Chris, Earl and Zack perform impeccable workmanship. Iran had been before to fix a prior installment not to standard but he promptly got things sorted out and properly done. The price felt big for the project as I had already done one a few years before."
