"Went July 29 for exam and lenses. Amazon recommended their services for acquiring prescription lenses for their echo frames. Took a very long time to get measuring done and paperwork done to send off my frames to have the lenses put in. Was supposed to be in in 7 to 10 days v received a phone call in the middle of August that the lenses didn't meet quality standards and were being remade. Called August 27 to see if done and was told Sept 6. Went today to pick up glasses and they were stretched out and no longer fit my face and the lenses were all wrong. I couldn't see anything. So they have to be remade again. So almost 2 months and I still have no glasses. Also would have been almost $200 more than other places without my insurance and that's just for the basics. I won't be going back"

"My appointment was for 5pm. I called the office at 4:41pm to let them know that I would be 15 to 20 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and bad weather. Whoever I spoke to said that that would not be a problem and I would be seeing whenever I could get there. Upon arriving I was rudely told that I was 20 minutes late And then I would need to reschedule my appointment. When I said, I had spoke to somebody and was told that I would still be seen even though I was going to be 20 minutes late. She scoffed at me and said no one would tell me that. She said she would ask the doctor if he would still see me. She returned a few moments later and told me that the doctor refused to see me because it was a Friday and they “needed to get out of there”. My family and I have been coming to my eye doctor for a long time and have never been treated this way. It was very rude and totally unacceptable. When she asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no thank you I don’t wanna be seen by a Doctor Who refuses to see me so that he can “get out of here” she scoffed at me again and said “ok bye”."
