"This has been an experience! Wowzers. I did not hire this crew. They are working on the home next door to the house I rent. I’m listing the issues below, it’s quite a lot so bare with my lengthy review. This crew showed up a month or so ago. A week and a half ago they moved their work into my yard. There is no walkway, no yard cutoff, just that house and my yard. I knew they needed access, so I thought surely they’ll be done soon, and I said nothing. I even rearranged my 6 month old pup’s potty schedule, and I couldn’t take him out to use the bathroom. I had to start putting him on a leash to go potty, and he isn’t used to that! That was a hassle, but I made it work. I watch my 6 yr old granddaughter while her mama works. I could not take my grand out into the yard to play like we normally do. That was a bit of an issue, but again, I made it work. This crew had seen my grand and I playing in our yard plenty of times. On the trampoline, with the water hose, with water balloons. The crew foreman, whoever he is, never approached us. The home owner, never approached us. No note, no phone number, no communication whatsoever. I’m self-employed and I am a psychology major so I’m awake every morning by 6:30 studying. No one ever approached us nor knocked. They allowed the debris and trash from inside the home to pile up on the porch, along the front yard, all the way up onto the wall above the sidewalk. Neighbors had to complain before a company came to move the trash. It was about a month of collecting and piling before they had it removed. This yard runs right into mine, as the houses nearly pile on top of each other. There is hardly any space. See photo. This made things interesting to say the least… • They show up every morning between 7-7:30 and began hammering, moving ladders, talking, playing loud Mexican music, and whatever else they’re doing, in MY yard, just feet away from my kitchen window. • They have taken it upon themselves to move my outdoor furniture twice, piling it along my walkway that leads to my back door. The second time they piled items on top of each other, table on top of a table that has a glass top. They did not ask for permission, nor did they ask anyone to move the furniture. It was chaotic the way they piled all of my furniture and outdoor items. • They have left empty soda cans, water bottles and even sweatshirts in my yard. • They have left large boards laying flat throughout my yard that have large nails and screws sticking up out of them. Along the front yard, in the mid of the yard. I have attached photos. • Twice they left the mess from the roofing and siding work just laying in my yard and I had to sweep it all up and throw it away. It’s my yard and I didn’t want it laying there where my pup goes out and potties. • I took my pup outside after a flea bath and I was wearing only socks. I found nails of all sizes laying throughout my yard and along the concrete walk way, and sticking up out of boards. This did not make me happy, at all. I collected the screws and nails and took photos. • They have not one time communicated with us asking to be in our yard, telling us that they need to be in our yard, asking to do anything. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. I have an outdoor security system and I have cameras all over the outside of this house. • I went outside the other day and while I was walking in my yard, recording the mess, and I heard laughing so I looked up, and one of the little short statured young guys was giving me a peace sign. At this point I’d had enough and I told them I wanted the work done asap, and I wanted them out of my yard. That was SO completely unprofessional of the little guy. After recommendation from other people in my city, after I posted on a local FB group, I have filed a complaint with my city zoning. I do have everything documented: photos, videos."

"This is the worse business I have ever dealt with. The paint job was awful. His crew spilled paint on my furniture and floor. He did rectify it. He did my steps about a month ago. He has had to come back a few times and fix the steps and the horrible paint job he did on the banister. When we call him to come back to fix what he messed up he doesn't answer the phone, or say he is coming on a particular day to fix the problem and don't show up. This last issue is the top step broke off. We called him he said he will be here 8/1/2023 at 11am to fix it and didn't show up or call. This is a trend with this company. I would not reccommend them at all. I am attaching a picture of this final issue with this company"
