First, the assistance of Matt and Brendan in the front office made me feel safe and were always welcoming to make my experience better. Second, in terms of location, Ludlow Ave (around the corner) featured hang out spots, restaurants and a quick walk to UC. Although you are near the school, you are far enough removed from students. Third, once I wanted to find a larger space to live, the staff worked with me tirelessly to find another residence in their properties. I could not have been more excited to stay in the same spot and not worry about moving all my stuff a long distance away."
