She helped fill out all paperwork needed for the insurance claim. She has kept in contact every couple days to keep me updated with what the insurance company is doing. After the insurance company denied the claim due to bad policy on the insurance company side (not the roofing company) Niki went above and beyond to show why the roof needs to be replaced and not just a simple repair.
