"I reached out to this company to fix a foundation issue back in early/mid September, which I was told by a Structural Engineer was a simple/easy fix. I had to contact them a couple times before they responded. I finally got an appt setup through Greg for Tom to come out on 10/1. He came out and was really nice. He looked at what needed done, and I also talked to him about other things I wanted done and would be interested in getting a quote for. He took notes and said he'd also see about getting his mortar guy out to assess. He left, and I assumed I would hear back in a few days or so with a quote and/or more information. I never heard anything. I waited a whole month to hear back, and I never did. I reached out via text on 11/9 asking where things stood and asked if he was still working on the quote. I never received a response. I waited a whole month again, and I reached out via email on 12/3 to both Greg and Tom recapping everything and basically asking if I should contact another company to do the work. I received no response. This was very frustrating as I wanted to get my foundation issue fixed before winter hit. I wasted almost 4 months waiting to hear back from this company. I understand people are busy, but I think I was more than patient waiting for some type of communication back even if it would have been we don't have time to do the job or we don't want to do the job."
"Tom met with us to quote a project. He was very friendly and said that he had what he needed and would send a proposal shortly. Never sent proposal or responded to any follow-ups. They may do great work but this was a bad way to treat a potential customer. Revision: the meeting with Tom as in February! I waited 2+ months before leaving this review."
