"Received postcard for a free phone. Went to the store to discuss new phone and plan. Salesman took the postcard, told me the phone I wanted was out of stock, gave me a price sheet, said he would email details of new plan and would call when new phone came in. 90 days later, no email, no phone call, NOTHING! Makes me feel appreciated as a loyal, long term Verizon customer!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with Russell cellular Verizon today. Eddie did everything he could to help me get a gizmo watch on time for my child’s birthday. The watches shipped to the store on time but yet there was an issue with price matching what was on the app. I chose in store pick up and went through the entire purchase on the app only to have Verizon cancel my order. After 3 trips to the store I was left with no gizmo for my child’s birthday. Verizon might be the only company I know that doesn’t price match. I have been with Verizon over 20 years, this is unacceptable. Makes me want to look elsewhere."

"We worked with Chuck getting new company phones. I have changed providers many times over the years, and this was by far the easiest, most efficient, and most accurate switchover yet. Chuck handled everything with professionalism and patience. All phones are up and running, everyone is happy. Looking forward to being back on Verizon and THANKS Chuck for a great start."

"We bought a prepaid phone from this business. The phone would not hold a charge. The attendant, Michael insisted that he could not give a return without a manger present. We returned to the store six times. Michael was now able to call a corporate number after refusing to do so the previous 5 times. Of course, at this point it was too late to get a refund. Corporate refused. However, the only reason we had been unable to return it previously was due to his inept, discourteous and rude mishandling of his customer. He is a liar and lacks even fundamental people skills. We have spent more than $400 on this phone and been unable to make more than a few calls before the brand new phone stopped holding a charge. The manager, Leonard has been unreachable from the beginning after having wasted several hours of our time convincing us to buy a phone we did not want because they repeatedly promised us our preferred phone for nearly 5 months. Our experience has been horrible! Corporate has been equally unwilling to correct the issue caused by their disgusting employees and policies. DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY, TIME AND MINEY! THIS PLACE IS STAFFED BY CROOKED LIARS. MICHAEL IS THE WORST. RUN AWAY!"

"Chuck was so amazing. My husband and I came in to get a new phone plan and buy some new phones and he was so helpful, personable, and patient with us every step of the way. He got us a new plan set up, new phones, and even went as far as putting on our new screen protectors and cases for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better associate to have helped us today and couldn’t recommend him enough more. Thank you again so much Chuck!"
