"I began Dr. Gretchen Dyers metabolic reset in June 2020 after seeing some family members have success with the program. This program has amazing fresh food that my whole family enjoyed. I am a type 2 diabetic and my goal was to gain better health. As I went through this journey Dr. Dyer closely monitored my blood sugars with me and I was able to lower one medication from 10 mg to 2.5 mg. My blood sugars regularly decreased to a normal range.
