"After moving to the Cincinnati area, I began looking for new doctors. I came across Liberty Eyecare and was easily able to make an appointment online. So convenient! They called me a few days later to confirm everything and sent me an appointment reminder via email. Dr. Bollenbacher was so kind and personable. The staff moved me through each portion of my exam efficiently and patiently helped me pick the pair of glasses I liked best. I’m happy I found this office!"

"Every doctor, front desk, glasses specialist, and medical assistant I have ever worked with at Liberty Eyecare has been top notch, profession, and very welcoming and courteous. It does not stop at glasses and contacts. Dr. Jessica Wood helped me immensely when I had an inflammatory problem of my iris. She called in prescriptions over the weekend, saw me about 4 times in the span of a 2 weeks, and referred me to an excellent specialist. It is this kind of care that has me driving all the way across town after we moved from Liberty Twp to Hyde Park. I don't trust my eyesight to anyone else. Additionally, it seems like every time I go in there, they have upgraded some piece of equipment. The new tech is often quicker and more comfortable for the patients, and better at doing what it is supposed to - measure pressures, photograph the retina, etc. I appreciate the investment. I am certain it is not inexpensive."

They have great medical equipment, friendly doctors, and good customer service. When selecting new glasses frames, their (assistant? Nurse? Unsure of title) named Liz went above and beyond to help find the right pair and was so friendly I was instantly put at ease. She was very knowledgable! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"I've been going to Dr Adam Wood for years and highly recommend him. He's very thorough with the exam and explaining changes since my last appointment. He gives me options and lets me know which is more affordable. He reviews my family history and talks about things to look out for at future appointments. I've seen other doctors at Liberty and have had experiences with them also. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with insurance questions. And the wait is never long. It can sometimes be hard to get an appointment right away, but it is worth taking the time to book in advance."
