"The laziest, most uncaring pharmacy I have ever seen. Especially when it comes to elderly patients. They are too lazy to call the doctor when a prescription isn’t covered. It’s much easier to rip them off with a extremely high cash price. I work in a customer service friendly pharmacy, so I know when you are screwing my elderly parents. Recently my mother took a script for nausea, and it wasn’t covered on her Medicare D insurance. Instead of calling the doctor to have it switched to another identical pill they told her it wasn’t covered and charged her $70 for a couple weeks' worth of medicine that cost less than $5. Even more recently my father’s doctor phoned in a script for a common medication in a low starting dose. The pharmacist told my mom they didn’t have that medicine and it’s either in their order sitting on the floor or if it’s not in the order already in the pharmacy they can’t get it because they might not make it anymore. That was a complete lie!! You are just too lazy and because you weren’t making 500% profit you lied to my parents. Mr. Pharmacist, just remember when you are ripping off your customers, they are the same people who supported your family’s businesses for years."

"Pharmacy was closed in the middle of the day. I inquired about the Covid vaccine (booster) with store personnel and was told that I had to make an appointment online. The online website will not let me select the Yorkville store."
