"Great auctioneer and staff! Professional and courteous!"
"Always a good experience! They are kind and accommodating! Quick response times! They are great people!"
"We went to their auction this morning in eaton. When we walked in the garage I immediately seen the fenton we had come to look at. I picked up a basket, no, not by the handle, and looked on the bottom for a signature or a stamp, but didn't find either. I righted the basket looking for a sticker when a lady from the auction approached me. "Ma'am? We ask that you not pick up the merchandise. How am I supposed to check for damage, I said. She motioned with her hand that I was supposed to check with just my eyeballs, I guess. #1 The table is 2 feet shorter than I am. I'm NOT getting on my knees to check for damage. #2 Are you going to tell me if there's a signature or not? If there's a stamp or not? Are you going to tell me the artist's name and the color of the sticker? Are you going to tell me if its part of a collection and which collection its from? #3 Are you going to tell me about any hard ridges or cracks or chips? Are you going to tell me where they are? How deep they are? #4 What if you don't see any damage and I find some? Are you going to refund my money or take it back? All I know is, I've never been anywhere I couldn't inspect whatever I wanted to look at. The fact that i couldn't tells me you probably didn't bring in as much money as you possibly could have and potentially had something to hide. All I know is, I will never go to another auction ran by this organization again."
"They sold a home at a very good price (not a auction) and we have been to several of the auctions. Very pleased all the way around. Very nice folks to work with. Recommend highly"
"Owner, Mr. Roach totally misrepresented a piece of farm equipment that I purchased based on his description. Pics were taken at a distance and very misleading. Described the unit as barn stored and it had most likely never seen the inside of a shed. He rated it as a 7 or 8 on a 10 scale, it was a 2 or 3 at best and has a lot of mechanical issues. Take my advice and don't trust what you're told.... LOOK AT IT IN PERSON! Dirty shame you can't trust people. He made no effort to make it right. Not sure if he knows nothing about farm equipment or this is just the way he does business."
