"My friends and I visited Laura’s place for an early Christmas sleepover. The property sits nestled into the woods and far enough away from the road to not hear nearby traffic. The entire house is gorgeous from the outside all the way to the tiling used in the bathroom. Pictures do not do the place justice! The house sleeps 7-8 people comfortably and provides an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen space which is perfect for hosting. The gorgeous floor to ceiling windows allow for views of the trees and make the space feel even bigger than it is. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the continuity and flow in the house design were spectacular. The house is certainly worth the price and we look forward to booking again next year! Also, bonus points for Laura’s prompt communication and recommendations for local activities and eateries. This truly was such an amazing stay! Hands down the best place I have stayed at in Hocking County!"

"I recently had the pleasure of renting a luxury cabin to stay in for a girls weekend and I cannot express how impressed I was with my stay!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views and top-notch amenities. The cabin was immaculate, with modern decor that made me feel like I was in the most luxurious high-end hotel. One of the standout features of the cabin was the kitchen – we love to cook together! It was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals during our stay. I also appreciated the extra touches like high-quality cookware and an outdoor grill….the owners haven’t missed a detail. The bedrooms were SO spacious and comfortable, with the coziest beds and fancy linens. The outdoor area was just as impressive as the inside of the cabin. The large outdoor dining/living space made us feel like we were always immersed in nature, and the hot tub was the perfect spot to soak and stargaze. The location of this cabin was also a huge plus. It was just a short drive away from several great hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, and an easy drive to Logan and Athens for shopping and dining. Our experience at this luxury cabin was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable getaway."

"We recently stayed at the Idyll Reserve at The Main House. We have been to Hocking Hills for many years always choosing a new cabin each year, and The Main House was by far the best we've ever visited! It was immaculate! Super clean and spacious! The outdoor patio/fireplace was so amazing! Breezy and relaxing! It was secluded in a wooded area but super close to all the best hiking. Our questions and concerns were dealt with immediately and kindly! Would highly recommend Idyll Reserve!!"
