"I walked into the center about 12 years or so ago nervous and very out of shape after years of not exercising. The staff was very welcoming and before I knew it, I was keeping up with everyone and having a great time working out. After a few years I was approached by the owner asking if I had ever thought about being an instructor. Well, I'm happy to say I have been an instructor now for almost 10 years. Working out has never been more fun and I have formed so many great friendships and love supporting and being supported by all of the wonderful people!
