Located at 47 Cavalier Boulevard, Suite 140, in Florence, Kentucky, Senior CommUnity Care of Northern Kentucky PACE is a leading health care provider dedicated to serving the senior community across Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Gallatin, Carroll, Owen, Grant, and Pendleton counties. Sponsored by Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) and St. Elizabeth Healthcare, in collaboration with Baptist Life Communities, our organization is part of the nationwide Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Our Mission

At Senior CommUnity Care of Northern Kentucky, we are committed to helping seniors live independently at home while maintaining a high quality of life. PACE participants receive comprehensive care tailored to their health and social needs, coordinated by our interdisciplinary care team. Our services encompass a wide range of care, including primary and specialty medical care, prescription medications, adult day services, home care, mental health and social services, skilled therapies, and hospital care. We ensure that seniors requiring a nursing level of care can live safely within their community with the support of our services.

Meet Our Leadership

Under the leadership of Executive Director Robert (Bob) McFalls, who brings over 30 years of experience in long-term services and support for elders, and Medical Director Dr. Brittany Calico, DO, a board-certified geriatrician, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate and inclusive care. Both Bob and Dr. Calico have a rich history of service and leadership in the field of elder care, ensuring that our participants receive top-notch care from experienced professionals.

Financial Assistance

For those who meet the income and asset limits to qualify for Medicaid, the program covers a portion of the monthly PACE premium, with Medicare paying the rest. Individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid will be responsible for the portion of the premium that Medicaid would cover. Our PACE staff is available to assist with any questions regarding financial eligibility.
