"I ordered one item and the receipt confirmation showed two items charged so I cancelled the order within minutes. I have now cancelled the order at least 7 times and they repeatedly ignore my request. They charged my credit card and I told them that I would dispute the charge if they charged it or didn't return my money. I would stay far away from this company. I would not wish this hassle on anyone. Completely unacceptable."

"I ordered 2 back support car seat cushions over a month ago and I have not received them yet. I paid $53.00 for each one. I have left voice messages and texts for this company. And no matter what I do they will not send me the cushions that I paid for. I will not recommend this company to anyone and I will not buy anything else from them. Very bad customer service. And no way to run a business."

"Crooks. You won’t get a refund as they are promising on their website if it turns out your item was garbage. Or rather you will but they require you to ship the item to china which is likely more expensive than the product. The website is full of lies - they said customer does not have to return for a refund! I threatened them with small claims court and they refunded me 50%. Avoid and don’t believe the website."

"The shipping time on the website is a lie. It takes a minimum of two to three weeks to receive your item in the US. Quality is about what I expected for what I bought"
