"Not a good experience for me my first time there today. Very chaotic atmosphere. Appointment was at 12:30 so got there between 12:10-12:15 and was told the doctor “just went to lunch so it would be a while”. Wasn’t seen until about 12:50. Appointment was for a contact fitting ONLY and that seemed to confuse them but when I made the appointment over the phone, it seemed like it was fine. Young red headed girl was very rude and not helpful. Doctor looked at me like I was the problem when I voiced my concerns about my appointment time and the rude employee. I will not go back to this store."

"Great place to get glasses ! Staff is very nice and helpful ! Got me in very quickly and the appt was pretty fast and smooth as well. Decent selection of glasses and my prescription was ready the same day as my visit , that was very impressive as I have waited up to 3 weeks at other places in the past. Would highly recommend this location for all your eye needs."

"I would like to get this place a five star Because every time we needed to use vision works, they’ve always been good to us however, yesterday, July 29 I was met with a very rude employee when I was conversing with another staff member letting her know that I felt I was being ignored because the employee had prescription and glasses that my son was going to get continued a conversation about his personal life with another employee Granted the staff member I was discussing this with was explaining that she had a couple more steps to do and then he could help me meanwhile this employee by the name of Nick responded you’re talking under your breath. We were not ready for you. 1. you don’t talk to a customer that way or make those remark you’re talking under your breath 2. under my breath would be where you could barely hear me, but I said it loud enough so you can hear me, he was looking for a confrontation and try to argue with me all in front of their store manager, which ended up being the person who helped my son get his glasses, which I really appreciate. I think stores needs to look for employees that are less aggressive and confrontational. I guess some people feel entitled to be rude and their workplace. I never said anything rude or curse or belittle anyone I simply stated I was not being attended to since there personal life actions were more important then helping customers. Which was a fact! I get it a workplace should be fun and you should want to do your job and help people, but there’s a time and place to have conversations about your personal life and the things that you and your friends or family are doing instead of having that in front of 4 plus customers in a small building!"

"The staff was courteous, kind and timely. They didn't make me feel rushed, but they didn't waste my time either. They answered all my questions and concerns, and made sure I was getting the glasses I wanted and needed."
