"Staff is nice and doctors are thorough but billing stinks!!! I have been waiting on a claim since April 2016 to be paid. Due to an incorrect ID # being given to my insurance company twice, the bill isn't being paid. It is going on six months now with this issue and have contacted by UC billing and my insurance for many hours of going back and forth trying to get it resolved. Each time I think it is resolved, it isn't. Definitely would be looking somewhere else. Too much of a hassle."

"Do not go here. Had surgery a year ago they failed to bill my secondary insurance which I have given the information for 4 times now. I was told by staff the old manager was fired for similar issues and it would now be taken care of. A week later I was called to set up payment plans and told it was too late to bill my insurance and it was my fault I didn't give the info. But I did 4 times. With 2 insurances and an HSA aacount I should have no bill. TO TOP IT OFF I HAD ANOTHER MRI AND NEED SURGERY AGAIN."
