He got them to follow through finally, and we were able to get a beautiful new roof using the shingles he and his fiance recommended, which was installed on our home in just one day. He used his drone to come back and inspect the work closely after the roof was installed to make sure everything was perfect. I had damage to my roof from a windstorm and my insurance company denied my claim twice! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable how to deal with them and he was persistent. It took a few months to get my claim approved, which is not the norm, but my roof was replaced by my insurance company and I only had to pay my deductible. Snow Roofing provides detailed documentation of the roof damage, along with pictures taken by their drone to the customer and the insurance company. The quality of the roof and workmanship is excellent as well. The crew cleaned up around the home perfectly. The company is exceptional and Chris is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. You honestly won’t find better service anywhere else.
