"I went to the er July 5th and had to stay until the 7th due to a severe kidney infection. I just wanted to thank the entire staff for making my stay extremely comfortable. To the guy who checked me in at the front desk and to the er nurses thank you so much. Also a shout out to the doctors as well. Also a very special shout out to nurse Lisa and the other nurse with the long black hair. You guys were truly my angels. You guys literally rock nurses. Ty Lisa so much. I wanted to get a list of all the names that saw me, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get that because I left in such a hurry lol. Thank you again. I truly don’t think I could’ve gotten through my stay without them."

"I came in because of abdominal pain , specifically upper left quadrant, I was at another ER a week prior and they had CT of my abdomen but they was checking for inguinal hernia (that I did not have), Steven stated that he will not waist money on ordering a CT even though my symptoms was different , he did a chest xray as I was on the bed, and checked my heart (tachycardia). I have since found out I have an abdominal wall mass almost 3mm. Stop ignoring your patients please"

"I had to visit the Emergency room on Christmas Eve for some GI issues and I had the best experience. The staff was great. Very little wait time, quick procedures, the Doctor was helpful and wanted to make sure I got home for Christmas. Once the issue was resolved, the discharge was the fastest I have ever been apart of. Straight to the point and we were on our way."

"Had excellent care from the minute I walked in. Everyone I had an encounter with was caring, respectful and professional of the health concerns I had come to the ED for. The RN who put in a heparin lock to draw labs was very skilled and I barely felt a thing. I was a caring, dedicated RN for over 46 years so I recognize and deeply appreciate members of my health care team who are dedicated to providing the best care possible for all."

From the Triage Nurse at Registration to the Doc to the X-ray Techs to the Nurse, I was treated in a most caring, competent, informed and timely manner, with each staff member eager to ensure any questions/concerns I may have had were addressed.
