"Absolutely no reason, for me to make an appointment at 3:30pm be 15 min early and still not be seen until an hour later. Im here for a shot. Something that should take less then five min. You pull me back and then leave me in a room for another 20 min and still can't get the dam shot. You closed at 4pm, it's now 4:35 and I'm still waiting. No one else is here! Stop making appointments for people if you can't handle the load. Im late for work now and you've wasted and hour of my time. Not the first time this has happened either. And I'm leaving with out my shot. Disgraceful."

"They told me it was $25 for a pregnancy test when I found out I could go right across the street to pathway to hope and get one for absolutely free... They don't care about women they care about the Almighty dollar Pathway to hope also gave me all of the paperwork that I needed to sign up for medical insurance at job and family services. I actually found out from legal aid that in the State of Ohio if you are pregnant and don't have insurance they have to give it to you its the law! Edit. Crystal's review at the bottom... is a lie! They don't do Prenatal care at planned parenthood. That's probably somebody who's obviously got an agenda to lie to people about their services. Due to the abortion stuff. Planned parenthood does NOT due prenatal care. Call and ask them if you don't belive it. So nice try Crystal."

"They took forever! My appointment was at 1:10 I got there at 1:07. I filled paper work out. I figured I would go back around 1:30 but I didn’t get seen until 2:30 almost 3:00 that’s almost TWO hours! Before they came out I went up and asked politely how much longer it would take and she said she didn’t know. NOT to mention it was a 30 minute drive and if I did leave I would of had to wait another couple of months because they have no openings for birth control! The doctor was very nice though!"

"I just left an appointment there, I waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then when I do get back and am on the table in my paper gown waiting to get my pap done someone comes in to inform me that because I had cancer in December of 21 I would have to go see my original doctor because she had flagged my chart. So essentially I am being denied medical care because I chose to start seeing another doctor and not continue on seeing my original doctor. I don't see how this is legal. I lost my insurance and planned parenthood is significantly more affordable than going to my previous doctors office. I don't understand how a doctor can dictate my future medical care or have other doctors deny me treatment because I saw her over a year ago. I will be contacting a lawyer to look into both parties and the legality of this. It's horrible to think my cancer might be back and have you refuse to test me because a doctor at a different practice says so. I've never heard of such a thing!"
