A positive I recall was how it was nice having a one stop for other services such as OBGYN exams. Still better than my first adult PCP over at 1010 cereal"

She is entitled and thinks that she is gods answer to life. My mother was admitted to Fort Hamilton(Worst hospital on Earth) and "DR" Winters decided to inform them that she didn't have insurance and to discharge her. Just garbage of a human being and shouldn't be allowed to work with people."

"I saw Dr. Winters one time and that was enough. She saw me for maybe 15mins and within the first 10mins told me my medication sensitivity was all in my head. Mind you I had genetic testing which showed I don't breakdown medicine like I'm suppose to but once she said that I felt no need to explain it to her. I feel she saw my chart and history and judged me before even knowing me. I am a Recovering Alcoholic and I have Mental Health issues. I was actually recommended to her through friends. My experience was enough for me to find a new doctor and I'm glad I did the lady I see now actually cares and didn't judge me based on 10mins of knowing me and by my chart. I don't recommend her at all."
