"These people are the most unprofessional healthcare workers I’ve seen in my life. The receptionist and medical assistant are both hateful and negligent. It’s a constant battle for my mother to get her thyroid medication. They say they sent it to the pharmacy but they don’t. The pharmacy tries to call them and so does my mother. They made her go a week without it and had a seizure because of it."

"My brother was on the phone with this receptionist and she was the rudest girl I've ever heard. How does she still have a job if everyone is complaining her about her? Over the years, all he wanted to do was pick up his prescription and go get it filled like he's been doing for years and she told him that he needs an appointment. She was very, very rude. Someone needs to get her fired and fast. There are so many people complaining about her on here. And he told her that he's been out for weeks at least 2. And she said that one more day won't hurt for him to get a prescription field. Someone needs to email the doctor and get her fire and show him all the reviews about her."

"I Love Dr. Sargero. He is a great PCP and checking you in ( your vitals)( Teresa) is great, pleasant and caring, I like the receptionist that makes appointments and answers the phone, she always makes sure you never miss your appointment by giving you a phone reminder or a voice mail if you happen to miss the call. I give them a 5 star review. I have referred 4 people to Dr. Sargero and they all said they really liked him. I knew they would."

"The doctor is absolutely amazing!! He takes his time with you and does a great job! There’s one lady in the back who writes prescriptions and goes over history, she doesn’t do vitals or anything , is the best way I can narrow down who she is. She is very rude and judgmental. There’s serious circumstances for my history and she didn’t care to hear or understand. She was extremely rude but again she’s not the doctor and he very good at his job. If this one person were gone, I’d have given 5 stars. She’s the only problem there. She won’t relay messages to the Dr and she will yell at you for calling Dr on call for heart condition and charges co pay every week I have to go go weekly or every other week. And hospitals are to expensive and so is urgent care when I have been able to call Dr in the past and tell him what’s going on and he can help by switching medications or something but they won’t give him any messages. It’s uncomfortable for someone w anxiety to know she can’t get in touch with anyone at be office when having a panic attack. ."
