"I called after a partial power outage, when another company couldn’t come out for a week. They took my concerns seriously and came out as soon as they could - a couple days later. They were right on time, clean, professional, and had my power restored and everything in my home back to the way it was in just under an hour. Men of few words, but professional - I’d use them again if any more repairs are needed."

"First crew that I had experience with was fantastic. This was in 2019. Great experience. This time around not so much. This was my third experience. My home needed extensive repairs. It’s an older home. Unfortunately I made a decision to leave my home unattended while they worked on my home. Two of the four gentlemen were great. Make sure you are there, while work is being completed. Great company, but experiences will vary."

"Called yesterday and spoke with someone about having my service cable remounted to the side of my house after a tree took it down. Was told that it would be a couple hundred dollars and would be done before this weekend was through. Call back today to verify my appointment, and was told that I never called, and that someone would not have told me that. So not only did someone give me bad information, I was basically called a liar afterwards. Had they told me it would be weeks before I could get it done I'd have been able to keep calling around. Very unprofessional!"
