"While the tire warranty is the best around! Good at any Walmart. I have a 4 x4 and have bought tires from them for this car in the past. I always buy 2 and then put 2 on the next month. They took my car and the tech called me and told I had to buy 4 at the same time. This is not right, even their front desk employee told them that was wrong. This store is horrible and I do not recommend!"

"Came in around 4:45pm on a Wednesday to ask about the possibility of getting 4 new tires. Was told yes, and "not too long" for the wait as there were two customers Ifront of me. It was close to closing by the time I got the car back. There is no waiting room. And no sense of urgency. I waited with a few others who were experiencing the same. A guy with an appointment before I came in (only 2 tire installation), came in about 10 minutes before I did and cashed out at 6:30. Most reviews I've read so far while waiting mention that time management is a real issue here, especially considering the work that is being done. DONT come in a hurry. On that note, I got a very reasonable price for all four tires. But at the cost of over 2 hours of my life. However, I did have a very pleasant experience with Taylor, as she seemed to do a decent job of getting me checked in and helping me with the request. She even went back for the other customer a few times to check on his vehicle for him. Taylor is the reason I didn't give one star."
