"From what I’ve read, the turkey ribs are excellent, but I’m afraid to eat them after the way they arrived from UPS and what the USFDA site says. My daughter and I ordered 60 turkey ribs from Kuck farms for a 4th of July barbecue and they arrived in a styrofoam container with ice packs. When I opened the container, the ribs were thawed out and one box of ribs felt warm to the touch. I really hate discarding them because I paid $179.00! Although, UPS was a day late delivering my items, I fault the company for not using dry ice. I ordered some turkey breasts and turkey legs from two other different companies around the same time and their products arrived frozen solid, due to dry ice. Kuck farms is located in Ohio and one of my orders came from New York, so that’s a lot further. Now, I could have used expedited shipping, but the three methods Kuck farms offers cost $181.32, $140.54 and $84.30. Who can afford those prices unless you’re rich or a company?! The expedited shipping cost more than the product! I would recommend trying the turkey ribs and other meat products from this company, because judging from the reviews their meat receives 5 stars. But, be aware of how your meat arrives if you can’t afford expedited shipping, like me. Check your products with a food thermometer if you have one. Unfortunately, I didn’t! My one star is for Kuck farms not using dry ice or responding to me when I let them know (twice) about how my ribs arrived."
