"We were greeted as soon as we walked in and politely explained to that he was taking care of another customer and would be right with us. Once his previous customer had been tended to, Ron immediately made himself available to us. We shared that we were looking for cowboy hats and he immediately set to work with sizing, practicality, cost, etc. He made it a point to show us the less expensive options, which we felt was wonderful, but had no issues showing us any of the hats we were interested in. We thoroughly enjoyed his personality and helpfulness. Once we made our selection, he invited us to browse the store to our hearts content. After having made our rounds and checking out, we couldn't help but stick around to chat for awhile longer. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to go back for any future purchases."
