"Use to nice place to live, when they get some new molbil homes . Now it's up For Sale, a lot of empty lots no Mobile Homes. It's a Shame. The Mobile Home I used to own and wanted to buy Sold Fast and I didn't know it was for sale. #4 Helen Drive was my Home but it was sold before I knew it was For Sale."
"Very nice park. Seems like a great community. There are room for several mobile homes in the park. Its close and conveniently located to restaurants, bowling, shopping and lots more. The owner cares about the community and is hands on when needed to be, He also takes the time to listen and make improvements to better the community as a whole. I really hope that when the park is sold that the new owners are as caring about the residents as Mr. Grimm is."
