"Stopped there to get a Cherry Coke fountain drink and was greatly disappointed because after I filled the big cup with crushed ice and Cherry Coke, I took a drink and it was Diet Coke. I asked the lady working there to check on it to make sure what it was and she looked and said all she saw back there was Diet Coke. Whomever put Diet Coke in the Cherry Coke dispenser should be fired! Will not be stopping at the Alexandria Circle K anymore."

"Just because there has been an issue with somebody else doesn't mean that every call is going to be a scam so your employees should be able to answer the phone just in case if a customer has a simple basic question if you guys are even open"

"I will say it’s a pain to get in and out of. Not a quick in and out off 27. The place has come a long way over the years though and for that it deserves some recognition! A lot better than UDF across the street has been lately. The store is always clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly, welcoming and polite when I’ve entered."

"I've been purchasing my gas at this location ever since they opened. I made a special trip up there today to fill my truck with gas due to the low price at this time. I like to fill at this establishment due to the fact, if paying by cash you can pump first and pay after (all the pumps have a sign stating this). This makes everything so much easier, when filling. It takes away all guess work of the fill up cost, you just pump the amount you need, then go in pay one time and done, I've been doing this for some time now without ever having a problem, until today. I pulled up to the pump I usually use, tried to pump gas and the associate inside, wouldn't turn the pump on. I finally went inside and asked if she would turn it on and that I was paying by cash. She asked how much I wanted and refused to turn the pump on until being paid. So, either they're not training their associates properly or this particular one was just being rude. Whatever the case may be, they need to either take those signs off the pump or have better communication. This makes them no better than the place across the street."
