"Wow....sent two firearms to be transferred between FFL Licenses to this location. One was lost in the mail they cannot find it. Been in business for 30 years and have sold and shipped guns this way the whole time.... Will not EVER send a package anywhere near this zip code again."

"Came in to get a book of stamps and mail a check. There was an open register with a young woman behind the counter. I approached and she looked up at me with a very dirty look. I guess because I didn't wait for her to call me. She said can I help you with a very nasty tone. I got my stamps and mailed my check. I actually went back in to see if I could get her name but she threw a coat on covering her name tag and walked away from her station. It's the post office and I guess you should expect an undeserved air of entitlement. I'd stop coming here, but I think that's probably their goal with their nasty attitudes."

"Scheduled a meeting 5 days in advance for a passport meeting that takes 15 mins to do. They call me the day of only to tell me they’re short staffed and that I have to reschedule but can’t do that over the phone. Proceeded to tell me to drive to union terminal 35 minutes away if I needed help “Today”…. Terrible service. Lived in Sharonville my entire life and seems to be always poorly run."

"I arrived after they closed but they still have a drive-up ramp where I was able to drop off my post cards. Easy to negotiate in the Sprinter van!"

"Here the thing about the post office. It’s a government run business- they really have no need to try and stay in business this is why it’s so awful. There is no awareness and push for excellence. Sad. The workers do what they need too."
