"My grandmother had always raved and raved and raved about the Norwood fire department. Back in october, my Grandma fell and hit her head and busted it open. Fire department was there within minutes of being called and took great care of her. That hospital stay resulted in a cancer diagnosis. After that we got a lock box for her door and gave the fire department a code as a just in case. My grandma passed away in early March. And now we are selling her house and we could not figure out the code. I went up to the fire department and spoke with lieutenant Blevins. A nice tall glass of water. He was so kind and got me the information I needed without any hassle. Anytime I ever come in contact with anyone from Norwood fire, it is always an extraordinary experience. Thank you for being so great. I know my grandma would want me to give you guys five stars."
