"They were a total no-show. For an event on Dec. 2 2023. Took my money, and yet nothing. Couldn't even get in. So disappointed."
"Poorly organized summer camper. Activities aren't worth the cost for the camp. Employees are shorted hours and pay. Director could care less about anything."
"We took our childcare there in 2019, very very expensive. We drove around for a while and finally realized it was inside the Norwood school, on the third floor, and a back hallway. We were lucky enough there was a secretary to the school that led us to the room. It was supposed to last two hours, the first 15 minutes she showed us images on the planetary ceiling of stars and constellations. The next half hour she showed us a video, that you could rent anywhere and watch on TV. That it was over. We refused to pay and we will not be back."
"My boyfriend purchased 3 tickets for may 8. We arrived to all the doors locked. Finally found a back door open although no one was in the building. the website says closed but we purchased tix last week. No one would respond to messages or phone calls. Extremely dissatisfied. There were 7 other patrons who had purchased tix and had to leave."
"I’m a Childcare Director and I had my school go here for a field trip recently. It was a terrible experience and my teachers refuse to go there again. The kids asked if they would have to go next year. The person leading this activity with the planetarium was awful. She was rude, sarcastic and belittling. We signed up to do the LEGO activity. I can’t believe what he told our kids who were as young as pre-K. She told them that if they couldn’t build the Legos back the way they were when they got them she would be very very mad at them. She continued to tell them this repeatedly. It breaks my heart that our kids were so intimidated. This was our most expensive Field trip of the year and it was a total waste. We will never go back!"
