"I was helped by several front desk members today. As per usual for a BMV visit I did not have all of my ducks in a row before arriving. Every individual in this BMV location was pleasant, helpful, and extremely thorough. I felt like in spite of my own mistakes that caused my visit to take a little longer than expected, it was still an extremely efficient visit. Big shout out to the staff at this location."
