"My experience dealing with them, specially miss Leighanne was horrible. I'm told I owe taxes from 2020 and they were sent to the attorney general's office for collection apparently. I didn't realize I even owed so I called St Bernard tax department and they said you have to call attorney general's office and deal with it there so I called them and they said No you have to call St Bernard back and they can tax your taxes from 2020 and fix it and send them a email regarding the change. So I called back St Bernard and spoke with mrs rude who than said nope there is nothing you can do about it. They will just take all my money from my taxes I don't even owed them and I can't do anything about it. I than asked about the form online saying I can get my offset reviewed if I'm not able to appeal which apparently I'm not able to. She than said well I get that form, everything goes through me and I Will just deny it just like that she has no empathy for anyone. They just want your money and don't care how taking money that money affect you. She even laughed at me when I was asking about that form and she Said she would just deny it. I would avoid even living in St Bernard just to avoid dealing with a money hungry city with a person who don't care about ot care, they get there money'ers or there situation. Why would they care they get there money. Some people don't deserve to have power over others."
