"As I am unable to search probate court records on your website, please update the website to allow such access. Thanks."
"This staff that work at this court is highly rude. I am a case manager and I have been told my documents will be shredded and I have been hung up on. The staff do not seem as if they even want to do their jobs and they aim to get you off the phone as soon as possible. I did not even get told if my documents were received. I highly wish I could not even provide 1 star to this court. They need some customer service training if you asked me."
"I received a speeding ticket, though I was only going with the flow of traffic. In fact, I was the slowest of 4 vehicles, maintained my lane instead of swerving through traffic, and didn't speed up and get away as soon as I passed the cop. So bc I was the SLOWEST, I was the one he stopped and ticketed. I can't make the court date to fight the ticket bc I need to work, but they won't reschedule my court date unless I drive down there, over an hour away, to request a change in date. If I don't show tomorrow though, they'll issue a warrant for my arrest. So I either waste my entire day off and gas money, get a warrant, or am stuck paying a bullsh*t ticket. Or I can hire a lawyer to fight it, which is even more costly! This system is utterly skewed to screw the people over and leave us no reasonable recourse to defend ourselves properly, unless we're not working to pay our bills in the first place and have all the time in the world, or we're already rich! The average hard-working struggling-to-get-by citizen may as well throw up our hands in defeat!"
