"They never answear thire phones. Needed to know when i was supposed to appear in court becouse my ticket was given to me blank and illegeble. I have no car after my wreck. And thire staff is never at the phone number listed to call. Ive called for a week stright for 10 hours of hold everyday. And still no answear."

"A bunch of miserable workers, that have attitudes about doing their job. More specific a white male that answers phones. Had to have a file sent to BMV, they emailed it to me instead. Figured out I had to have it faxed to the BMV, called Hamilton county traffic courts back and got all types of attitude. Man was upset, doing all the heavy exhaling just for doing his job. They need to fire and hire an entire new set of employees."

"They are very rude, and they don't try to help you. I went there with my baby because of a traffic ticket, and no one acted like they had any idea on what i was talking about. Finally I found a detective who told me that he worked in a different building, but he was able to help me a lot more than any of the people who worked there did. Calls take way to long, they told me that they were going to get a rep on the phone with me and i ended up sitting there on hold for 45 minutes, this has happened on more than one occasion. They are good to do marriage licsence, but that is about the only thing they are good for."

"I have spoken to receptionist at this court and they are very rude and short. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The customer service is horrible so imagine how the inmates are treated. If you are a receptionist or clerk it's simply your job and answer the phone, answer questions , check dockets, etc. If you can't do that and your not a people person then do not take the job."
