"Very nice prestigious cemetery with large beautiful landscape, ponds and trees."
"***NATURE TRAIL REVIEW ONLY*** Doing a nature hike and fossil hunting at the Highland Cemetery has become an annual event for this stay-at-home Dad and his girls! We love this hidden gem in Fort Mitchell. The trails are well maintained and always quiet. The rock beds and mini waterfalls provide great spots for neat pictures. We saw dragonflies, frogs, chipmunks and all kinds of birds. If you enjoy being in nature, this is a great spot to get lost in the woods! Dad Tips: Bring bug spray and water. Wear shoes and at least shorts that may get muddy. Drink water. Know that you won’t get the best cell service here."
"Had some items come up missing, after the first time I placed a AirTag in it the second time and tracked it back to there shed. After there GM stated they would have never touch it. They have no sympathy for our loved ones there. I’m constantly cleaning off my father’s headstone and grave, they act like it’s a problem to do something for a site that belongs to your family. I do not recommend"
"It's been 5 years since we buried my grandmother behind the lake in your cemetery. I will never forget the extremely rude woman who demanded we quickly gather all of our pictures, flowers, and memento and exit the chapel so the next party could get in. I spoke to the director regarding this very upsetting issue and he denies his employees would behave that way. Ultimately, the director is at fault for being greedy and booking 2 funerals too close together in the chapel on Highland's property. I left a one (1) star review five (5) years ago, which is now gone, mysteriously... The director has also given me numerous excuses why 80% of the headstones are sunken into the ground and weeds are growing so thick you can't even read names. Don't think because my family is gone that I'll disappear too because I will be up there frequently to check up on things. Today, I had to use my pocket knife to clear the weeds and debris from my grandmother and grandfather's headstones. Everyone working for Highland cemetery should be ashamed. There is no upkeep, and the grounds are always lacking professionalism. I expect better from you!! I'd give you 0 stars if it was allowed. The ONLY stones that are clear are the ones I did myself today. The rest looks like garbage!"
