"The people who bring the curbside orders to the car were rude. Even though my order said it was ready through the Instacart app where I ordered they said people who do Kroger pickup come first and I have to wait. When I politely asked them about the long wait because other cars who pulled up after me got their order before me they rudely said if I didn’t like it then I should shop in store because it’s Krogers policy. No customer service skills."

"Heather in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing!! She was kind and patient enough to take the time to look up my insurance. She added additional Kroger coupons to bring my 160+ dollar prescription down to $15. This is service that I have not seen since before Covid. Thank you so much Heather for your kindness, you are a rockstar!!!"

"This is my least favorite Kroger. Parking is a nightmare. The school behind it gets to take all of the spots so it’s nearly impossible for shoppers to have access during the school week. To top things off, I was just there last night after visiting family in the area and as I was checking out, the clerk yanked my cart out of the way to get through. No excuse me or explanation. I thought it was a stranger taking my kid at first when I felt the cart jerk out of my hand with my kid in. It was awful. I will try to avoid the Kroger from now on."

"Parking is terrible, but Jesse’s presence more than makes up for this shortcoming. He is always finding ways to help customers and is great with children. Look him up if you need anything. Good selection of food here, too, with good prices."

"My wife hasn’t been feeling very well so she put in a click list which I picked up on my way home. I had never done it but it was very easy I checked in and few min later a young man named Tyler came out with the items. The main reason I wanted to do this review was because Tyler did such a great job. He told me today was his first day but he was very respectful, personable, and helpful and I’m very happy to see such great qualities in a younger generation he said he was 15 and had 2 jobs that’s very impressive now days especially cuz seems like not many people wanna work. His parents did a great job raising him and Krogers should be very proud to have such a great young man on their staff."
