"Worst customer service ever, one of the lady with glasses in there is so rude. Whenever I go to refill propane they always make u wait, today I went to refill propane and they asked me to wait one hour, when I go back there around 4:45 they said propane is closed for the day and didn’t fill propane tank."

"Absolutely the worst management and customer experience I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this place. Was told if you want to know the measurements, bring a tape measure from the manager because they are incompetent on assisting you with anything. It will cost you more in the long run dealing with a group of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. You've been warned. These pictures were just the start of the nightmare. "They are very rude unprofessional and the store manager and assistant manager give races vibes I literally seen her refuse to rent to a Mexican family then. 2 mins later rent out to a white family, the same exact truck the Mexican family were asking for… she told the Mexican family they didn’t have any more of the trucks they were looking for neither one had a reservation… I have been renting from this same location for 3 years me and the assistant manager had a dis agreement about something and ever since then my relationship with the two managers start going down hill for no reason.. they stated that I couldn’t rent out trucks no longer for 24 hours when clearly they were renting out trucks to other customers for 24 hours… And told ME to start showing my id to collect my change back from my rental, that’s super odd cause I rent trucks from them every day… 3 employees quit because they wanted them to treat me the same way and they refused to do so and THEY stated to them that it’s not right how you are treating him and he rents from us everyday… this particular Incident i walked in to rent a truck one of their employees was checking me out.. he was renting me a truck for 24 hours like he usually does for every customer.. the Manager walked over looked at his screen and said No don’t rent him a truck for 24 hours.. The employee told her right to her face I quit I’m gone and walked out… , I later talk to him and he said it’s wrong how they treat you and that I’m not treating you like that because they have some personal issue with you… Then another employee also quit because she said she refuse to treat me differently then they treated all the other employees She called in and told them she was no longer feeding in to they bull…And another employee got fired because she was taking my side, she use to witness them treating me differently and spoke up and got fired for it… It’s a dark cloud over that location and I would recommend no one to rent from Tina or her daughter Destiny they are very un happy people and would try anything to Ruin your day…"

"Evidently the “team members” at the Coleraine Uhaul location have not been completely trained. When picking up a trailer they were completely clueless on how much difference in customer costs between a local or one way rental to Chicago. I was told it was more expensive to go one way, which I chose so I didn’t have to drag the trailer empty back home. Upon arriving in Chicago I found out I needed return home immediately after I empty the cargo. I called the 800 Uhaul line to report my intent and I was told that I had to call a local Uhaul location “after they opened in the morning”! Couldn’t do that because of a family emergency, so I went back to Cincinnati. Now upon returning to the SAME LOCATION I picked the trailer up at I was told that I had to take the trailer back to Chicago. I did NOT want any to hear that let alone do that! The Coleraine staff told me to call the 800 Uhaul number if I had any questions. When I called the number I was told that the Coleraine store could easily change the contact for a local contact. Funny how everyone at the store disappeared when I made the call. Frustrated, I dropped the trailer without help from associates there. Plus, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT! I will pay more in the future to avoid having to use Uhaul unless it’s absolutely the last resort. I will recommend to everyone I know to not use Uhaul, but if they have to they should avoid the Coleraine Uhaul center! As a side note, when picking up the TRAILER I was told I was told that my mileage was LIMITED to something like 380 miles (not the exact number, but close). When did Uhaul start limiting mileage on something without an odometer? I’m guessing that this was a training issue and they really don’t track mileage??"
