"The gentleman that was working when I arrived was the rudest person I've ever met. He was on the phone, which is fine, but refused to acknowledge that I was there. 5 minutes later a kind younger lady came in and helped me. During this process, it appeared that this gentleman was a potential manager by the way he was communicating to this kind woman. He kept talking in a negative tone and then even to me. There was no signage about a new "policy" that contradicted my confirmation about payment. I've rented from that location since this so called policy was put in place and yet, I was always allowed to rent with my business debit card for a rental cargo van. Although, even after evidence of multiple reservations with this card, he didn't care that the business had "messed up" on several other occurrences. After about 15 minutes, he finally stormed off to the back saying "just let her have the rental but this is the last time you will rent from here". Don't worry! It definitely will be!! Super rude gentleman which is a sad way to represent your company."

"I came to the store to purchase a few moving boxes on Saturday, June 22nd and it was towards closing time. Everyone knows how stressful moving is, and I encountered Mike. Mike was so helpful, and personable! Mike asked if I needed help and I asked him a few specific things about the wardrobe and tv boxes. After that, I purchased my items and Mike helped me load them into my vehicle and was so patient even when the boxes didn’t fit easily in my car and it was extremely hot. People never know how such kindness goes a long way, and for Mike to go the extra mile I definitely appreciated! Uhaul is lucky to have Mike K, and I hope this review reflects that. "I saw the reviews and was initially nervous to rent from this location. However my experience was fast, pleasant, and overall great one. The staff was fast to help me find a truck. The price was fair and as advertised online. Drop off was fast and easy. Overall it was a good experience."

"There is a reason this U-Haul never gets anyone. They try to find a way to charge for using there vehicle. $25 dollar cleaning fee for the below. Get a life after buying protection they still find ways to get more money. The vehicle was given on 2/8 of a tank and they want you to put back the exact amount which they know will ultimately get them more gas every time."
