"I would never choose PNC as my bank again, and I will be thrilled to close my account. My experience with the branch manager, Abraham, was dreadful. I required a Medallion notarization, and he requested additional documentation beyond what the requesting company stipulated. He confessed to having completed only one other notarization, which explains his inexperience. He claimed PNC demanded more paperwork than necessary. Unfamiliar with the procedures, he had to seek guidance over the phone, then requested a statement from me. After I provided it, he failed to return my calls for a week. Upon contacting him again for the third time, he dismissed the statement as outdated. These stipulations were not outlined in any of my documents; he had to inquire about them. It was an utter waste of time, and I am resolved to never use PNC again due to their extremely poor service and unknowledgeable branch managers! Brilliantly a waste of time!"
