"I have lived here for 28 years. The parked changed ownership a few years ago. owners and management only care about making money. They do nothing to make the place better. They ignore any requests for problems. The also do not give out any kind of notice to changes in charges of any kind. Resulting in you paying for thing that you don't know about. So be prepared to pay late charges or fees without you knowing for a few months. This place has really gone downhill. If you drive through you will see garbage all over the roads suck. The new trailers are only a few years old and they look like they have been here for years rundown. Like I said it's run by greedy people. Sundance properties is one of the worst places to rent from. The smell and the noise of the sewage is horrible. They say they will fix the problem and they do nothing."

"First and foremost let me put it out there that every place you live you are bound to run into an issue at some point. I have not had an issue that has never been resolved and some people need to remember that how you present the issue can affect the response you receive. This is a business and at the end of the day it is ran as such, with that being said I have called this place my home for 3 years and I typically stick to myself and do not cause issues. The times that I needed some grace being a single mom Lori and Amanda came through for me, are there some less than tasteful tenants yes but they are dealt with accordingly. Overall I enjoy living here and plan on living here for a while and for the rent compared to surrounding properties ya can't beat it."

"Sundance property management Specifically Lori Griffin and Drew Greber. The property management team for Branch Hill MHP fails to do their duty of running the place. Multiple complaints went unresolved the entire time I lived in the park. Kids defalcating in yard, personal property ie: Halloween and Christmas decorations being destroyed and the park did nothing to assist in getting the issue resolved. Illegal lease alterations when i was in a year lease. Per ohio law any alteration to a written lease must be agreed to in the same form of the initial agreement. Lori Griffin harasses tenants she doesn't like and Drew fails to do his job as her manager to even act like he is trying to help. She evicted a neighbor so i took her kids all under age 12 in so they wouldn't be homeless. For me doing that Lori served me with a 30 day notice to leave because she is homophobic and doesn't care about anyone. Upon move out Drew was advised that he should be the only one communicating with me. 30 days after more out my deposit was not returned or a list of itemized charges given. These were sent 3 days late and i requested my deposit back. I also asked for a truly itemized list of charges as they put generic charges like maintenance supplies on it with no actual itemization. This dispute was sent the same day i received the supposed itemized list. There has been no response since 7/30/2023 it is now 09/05/2023. The neighbor that destroyed my decorations were family to the property management team (these items need replaced by Sundance property) Inflatable 11ft pumpkin, fog machine, 2 3 ft pumpkins. Blow up Santa, 3 light up deer."

"This is an incredibly dangerous place to live. I had found needles in my yard, pit bull running loose on multiple occasions, a man trying to push his way into my home. All of this was reported to the office. They recieved a 30 notice of me leaving. They Rented the trailer the very next month and still wanted to come after me. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The managment of property is awful. They do nothing to keep you safe. They are only concerned about money and not cleaning the place up. DONT move here!!!"
