"I did not hire this company. My neighbors hired him. While navigating the alley between our homes, Selvaggio hit the corner of my garage roof, buckling the shingles, breaking the fascia and cracking joists. He was still at the neighbors when I noticed the damage and asked who did it. He admitted it and exchanged contact information. When I called to give him an estimate he said it was too high, so I got another one a bit less and told him I expected reimbursement. It's been one sorry excuse after another and I still have not seen payment for the damage he caused. BTW, moving companies are regulated by the Public Utilities Commision of Ohio. Last I checked Might Moovers Transportation License # 00508586 was suspended in 2017. I also believe the company does not have insurance as that was never offered as for payment. Hire at your own risk."

"Where to start... They kept postponing quoting me a price in advance but acknowledged my few pieces of furniture shouldn't be more than an hour or two with 2 guys. They picked up and had a crew of kids. Took several hours break before 3 guys dropped off my stuff much later than planned. Then charged me over $700 because it was either 3 men at 2hrs or 2 men for 3hrs. It was maybe an hour of 2 men and that includes travel time. I paid but I called the boss who agreed it was too much and told me he'd refund a portion. No refund yet and no response to my questions. If I had any idea I'd never have chosen them. They answer the phone with a different company name which should be a tipoff. Didn't scratch or break anything but charged way too much!"

"This moving company has a lot of hidden fees! I have had a bad and painful experience dealing with them. I called Brandon to get a quote to move a piano. I got online information regarding this company, but unfortunately, I overlooked the reviews. He talked very nicely and told me that he charges for piano moving by weight. An upright console piano weight is 350-450 pounds so I estimated accordingly. He scheduled the pickup, but he never sent me a quote. He sent a few guys to move the piano. They charged me $382 for moving a piano from 18 miles. They charged for 600 pound weight, not sure where they got that number (when I asked, the guy told me Brandon asked him to charge for 600 pounds)  plus a $70 fuel charge which was never mentioned in the call, and $12 for credit card fee. When I called Brandon he told me he is going to refund the fuel charge and will make an adjustment in the bill but he never did. They never gave me a receipt. I asked a few times they never send it.  I called and texted he makes excuses every time. He is busy and does not have a computer in front of him, blah, blah, but going to give me a refund in a few minutes, but he never did. This was my first and last business with this company! Stay away from this company!"

"Mighty Movers is a trustworthy company. They took care of my total moving needs efficiently and at a great price. I was in Florida when my house sold. They took care of ALL arrangements for storage and moved all my belongings in one day. They dropped the key for my storage unit at my daughter's house. They are life savers. Could not get a better moving company. By the way they also are great communicators , be it 10 PM or 6 AM. They immediately got back to me kept me in the loop while packing."
