Hebron Church of Christ

Welcome to the Hebron Church of Christ, located at 2966 Damascus Road, Hebron, Kentucky. We are a community dedicated to living out our faith as Jesus demonstrated, by serving God, loving people, and sharing the Good News. At the heart of our beliefs is the understanding of God as the Creator and Ruler of the universe, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for humanity's sins. His resurrection demonstrates His power over death, and He now reigns as the King of Kings, guiding the lives of believers and leading the church.

The Holy Spirit, part of the triune nature of God, is present in the world to guide us toward Jesus Christ and resides within believers, providing supernatural guidance and support.

Our faith is grounded in the Bible, the divinely inspired and preserved Word of God, which serves as the source of truth, faith, and practice for believers. We recognize that mankind is made in God's spiritual image and is the object of His divine love. Though sin causes separation from God, restoration is possible through Jesus Christ.

Salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. By trusting in the gospel, repenting of sins, and being baptized into the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, believers are promised eternal life with God.

We believe in eternity with God, where one will exist either in eternal separation due to sin or in union with God through Christ's accomplishments. Heaven is the eternal dwelling for those who accept the gospel, while hell represents eternal separation.

The Church, as the body of Christ, exists to reach those who do not know Christ and to disciple believers. We eagerly await the return of Jesus Christ, which will usher in eternity.
